Our own hospitality venture in the Pădurea Craiului Mountains is the longest-running proof of what Nord Living delivers. Six tiny cabins, a modular laundry building and a modular office — all on screw-pile foundations, operating through Romanian winters and high-season summers since April 2023.
It's where hospitality operators come to see the product in service — not in a showroom — before they order. Stay a night, walk the cabins, talk to the team that built them. We documented the financial case of this venture — occupancy, rates, per-unit economics — in a dedicated investment brochure.
