1. Who we are

This website, nord.living, is operated by:

PROESTETICA SRL operates the Nord Living brand (modular hospitality units) and the Coniferis Resort. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. What data we collect

• Contact form: name, company, email, phone, project country and the details you write in your message.
• Configurator: name, email, phone, and the unit configuration you built (model, options, indicative price) so we can follow up with a proposal.
• Analytics (only with your consent): anonymised usage statistics via Google Analytics — see the Cookie Policy.

3. Why we process it (legal basis)

• To answer your enquiry and prepare commercial proposals — pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To follow up on a configuration you asked us to email you — same basis.
• Analytics — your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can refuse or withdraw at any time.

4. Where your data goes

• Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and form processing (data processor).
• Google Ireland Ltd. — analytics, only after consent.
• No data is sold or shared with other third parties. Data may be processed outside the EEA by these providers under Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries and configurator leads: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract follows (in which case statutory commercial retention periods apply).

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@nord.living — we reply within 30 days.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
