2. Purpose of this site

This website presents Nord Living modular hospitality units and lets professional buyers build indicative configurations and request proposals. It is aimed at businesses (B2B); it is not a consumer web shop.

3. Prices and configurations are indicative

All prices shown, including in the configurator and generated PDF documents, are indicative, in EUR, excluding VAT, excluding delivery and installation, and do not constitute a binding offer.
A binding offer is only the written quotation issued by PROESTETICA SRL after reviewing your project.
Specifications, materials and prices may change without notice.

4. Intellectual property

All content — texts, photography, the Nord Living logo and brand, 3D models and generated documents — belongs to PROESTETICA SRL or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Liability

The site is provided “as is”. We take reasonable care that information is accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Romanian law.

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Oradea, Romania, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
